The king you're looking for

Many of us are looking for leadership and direction from those close to us.

In the ancient biblical times, Israel sought a king. God cautioned them against it, but they insisted.

Once they came to have kings, they then discovered the imperfection of kings and came to seek the perfect king.

Jesus was the king they were always looking for. He was the only perfect Jewish king.

He is the only perfect leader, "king", that we currently seek in today's world of over-promising, under-delivering global leaders.
